Questions people ask before they book
What counts as a “large” window?
Anything over about 16 square feet — think picture windows, sliding-door panels, or big storefront panes. A typical double-hung bedroom window is standard. If you're unsure, count it as standard; we'll let you know before we start if anything changes.
Do I need to be home?
For outside-only jobs, no — just unlock the gate and we'll text you when we're done. For inside & out, someone 18+ needs to let us in.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn't actually hurt clean glass, but if it's pouring we'll text you and move to the next dry day at no charge.
Is the price on the estimate really the whole price?
Yes. It includes the $10 travel fee — there are no hidden fees. The only way it changes is if the window count on-site is different from what you entered, and we'll confirm with you before we do anything.
How do I pay?
Online through Stripe when you book — card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. No cash, no checks, no chasing.
How often should I get my windows cleaned?
Most homes look best with a cleaning in spring and fall — spring clears winter grime and pollen, fall clears summer dust and bugs before the cold sets in. Storefronts usually need weekly to monthly service.
Are you insured?
Yes. Ducky's is fully insured, and we treat your home like it's ours.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes. Text us to reschedule for free. Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment for a full refund. See our Terms of Service for details.
