Who we are
Ducky's Window Cleaning ("Ducky's", "we", "us") is a window cleaning business serving McHenry County, Illinois. You can reach us at duckyswindowcleaning@gmail.com or by text at 815-527-6771.
What we collect
- Booking details you give us: your name, phone number, email, service address, window count, and preferred date and time.
- Payment information: card and wallet payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to Stripe and is never stored on our website or seen by us.
- Messages: texts and emails you send us, and job applications submitted through our Careers page.
- Website usage: if analytics are enabled, Google Analytics collects standard information such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, using cookies.
How we use it
- To schedule, perform and confirm your window cleaning, and to send receipts and reminders.
- To answer your questions and handle refunds or re-cleans under our guarantee.
- To send occasional seasonal reminders and offers if you're a customer or signed up for them. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or clicking unsubscribe in an email.
- To understand how people use our website and measure our advertising.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business — such as Stripe (payments), our website host, email and texting providers, and Google (analytics and advertising measurement) — and when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records as long as needed for scheduling, warranty and tax purposes, generally up to 7 years. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, except where we must keep it by law.
Your choices
Email or text us to see, correct or delete the information we have about you, or to stop marketing messages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
